How much does it cost to hire a bartender?

Bartender hire starts from €15 per hour with a three-hour minimum. If you also need equipment, spirits and glassware, the per-person cocktail catering package is usually the better value. Send us your event details for an exact price — quotes are free and non-binding.

Are there any additional fees?

Our quotes are all-inclusive and transparent. The only potential extras are travel beyond 50 km from Novi Sad, extending the event past the agreed time, or last-minute changes — and every fee is clearly stated in your quote up front.

A 50% deposit secures your date; it is non-refundable within 30 days of the event. Cancellations more than 30 days in advance receive a full refund minus a 15% administrative fee. Whenever possible, we prefer rescheduling over cancelling.

Yes. Our team includes several bartenders and coordinators, so we can serve multiple events simultaneously. Each event gets its own dedicated crew and equipment — the quality of service never depends on other bookings.

Is there a travel fee?

For events within 50 km of Novi Sad there is no travel fee. For locations beyond that, we apply a reasonable distance-based fee, clearly stated in your quote — no surprises.

When is your peak season?

Peak season runs from May to October, with most weddings in June, July and September. Corporate events are busiest in September, October and December. For dates in those periods we recommend booking early.
